FEE INCREASE: As of July 1st 2025, our fees will increase to $235 per 50-minute session in accordance with the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta’s Recommended Fee Schedule for 2025.

IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS: Please schedule your appointment by choosing from the available options below. In-person sessions are conveniently held at La Perle Professional Centre (#201, 9690 182 Street NW Edmonton). Please note that our unit is on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible. For virtual sessions, a link will be sent 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment.

WAITLIST OPTION: If there is currently no opening in our calendar and you need to schedule an appointment sooner, consider using the waitlist option to select times that work best for your schedule. You will be promptly notified if an appointment slot within your specified availability becomes available.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY: We kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment without prior communication will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full amount of the booked service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Hello! My name is Cristina. My fascination with the human brain and my passion for helping people have led me to pursue my education and a career in the mental health field - and I love it! Over the years, I’ve gained invaluable experience working with children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD. I specialize in the areas of trauma- and stressor- related disorders, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. I have recently pursued my passion for perinatal mental health to support those who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Modalities I apply in my practice consist of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Play Therapy. I draw upon a combination of theoretical orientations to provide an integrative practice.

I strive to implement a strength-based and a person-Centered approach to establish a strong therapeutic relationship with each individual I work with. My goal is for us to work collaboratively and to work towards meaningful change. I aim to hold a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients especially in times of vulnerability.
